Problems of the Peoples of the USSR. A quarterly organ of the League for the Liberation of the Peoples of the USSR (the Paris Bloc), published in Munich in 1958–67. It contained articles on the history of the USSR and reports and analyses of current developments, particularly in national relations in the USSR, and studies of the interaction between communism and nationalism in other countries, especially in Africa and Asia. The contributors were Soviet émigrés, reporters, political commentators, and scholars, including Richard Pipes, Robert Conquest, H. Seton-Watson, W. Leonhard, and W. Laqueur. Among the Ukrainian contributors were Fedir Haienko, Yevhen Glovinsky, V. Borysenko, Panas Fedenko, B. Fedenko, Mykhailo Dobriansky-Demkovych, Ivan Koshelivets, Oleksander Yurchenko, and Spyrydon Dovhal (the editor).
