Kamiani Mohyly Nature Reserve (Zapovidnyk Kamiani Mohyly). A branch of the Ukrainian Steppe Nature Reserve. Covering an area of 356 ha, the reserve lies in the Azov Upland near Rozivka, Volodarsk raion, Donetsk oblast. Rising up to 150 m above the surrounding steppe, it constitutes a miniature highland region built of gray granite, gneiss, and syenite and overlaid by a rocky steppe with many endemic plant species. The reserve was founded in 1927 and became a state reserve under the jurisdiction of the Academy of Sciences of the Ukrainian SSR in 1951.
