Korunka. A family of Lviv craftsmen and painters in the second half of the 16th and the first half of the 17th centuries. Semen (aka Senko), a cobbler, was active in printing and book selling, and became a close associate of Ivan Fedorovych (Fedorov). Semen's son Ivan (d 1657) was a painter; his name began to appear in historical documents in 1624. Semen's second son, Oleksander (d 1648), was also a painter. Ivan's son Ivan (1594–1665), also a painter, was a prominent member of the Lviv Dormition Brotherhood. Semen's brother, Sevastian (d 1668), painted churches and served as an officer of the painters' guild (1662–6); he drew eight illustrations for the triodion (Lviv 1664), which were engraved in wood by V. Ushakevych.
