Ukraïns’kyi selianyn (Ukrainian Peasant). A monthly organ of the Union of Lands of United Ukraine. It succeeded the party's journal Ukraïns’ka zemlia (three issues in 1951–3) and was published in 1953 in New York and in 1954–62 in Munich. Edited by Vasyl Dubrovsky (1954–5) and Yurii Semenko (1955–62), the paper was read primarily by émigrés from central and eastern Ukraine. Contributors included Volodymyr Dolenko, Andrii Vovk, Yurii Lavrinenko, Taras Borovets, Mykola M. Kovalevsky, N. Pavlushkova, and V. Senyk. In the late 1970s the party revived Ukraïns’ka zemlia as an annual publication; no. 15 appeared in 1988.
