Ukrainian Agricultural Bank (Український сільсько-господарський банк; Ukrainskyi silsko-hospodarskyi bank, or Укрсільбанк; Ukrsilbank). A co-operative joint-stock bank established in Kharkiv in 1923 to provide financial assistance and credit for peasants and agricultural co-operatives. Its shareholders were the State Bank, the Ukrainian SSR people's commissariats of land affairs and finances, gubernia agricultural banks, the Central Agricultural Bank, and other institutions. In 1930 it was transformed into a branch of the All-Union Agricultural Co-operative Collective-Farm Bank, and in the succeeding year it was abolished.
