Savytsky, Mykola

Savytsky, Mykola [Савицький, Микола; Savyc'kyj], b 1 June 1867, d 1941 in Prague, Czechoslovakia. Civic and political activist. A landowner in Krolevets county, he was president of the Chernihiv gubernia zemstvo (1906–14). In the Hetman government of 1918 he served as deputy minister of internal affairs.
