Dovhyi Island

Dovhyi Island. Map: VII-12. Island in the western part of Yahorlyk Bay in the Black Sea. It extends from the northwest to the southeast, having a length of more than 6 km and a width up to 1 km. The island was formed by sedimentary deposits of sand. It is part of the Black Sea Biosphere Reserve.
