Murafa River

Murafa River [Мурафа]. (Map: Murafa River.) A left-bank tributary of the Dnister River, which it joins at Yampil (Vinnytsia oblast). It is 163 km long and drains a basin area of 2,410 sq km. The river flows through Vinnytsia oblast. Its largest tributaries are the Murashka and the Lozova rivers. It is used for water supply and irrigation.
