Mykhailivka archeological site

Mykhailivka archeological site (Михайлівське поселення; Mykhailivske poselennia). A multi-occupational settlement of the 4th to 3rd millennium BC, near the present-day village of Mykhailivka, Kherson oblast. Archeological excavations in 1952–5 and 1960–3 identified the existence of an earlier Copper Age settlement of the Lower-Mykhailivka culture and a later occupation of the Bronze Age Yamna archeological culture complex.
