Prysetsky, Ivan
Prysetsky, Ivan [Присецький, Іван; Prysec'kyj], b 1858 in Kovalivka near Zinkiv, Poltava gubernia, d 12 September 1911 in Alupka, Tavriia gubernia. Civic activist in the Poltava region. He collaborated with Volodymyr Malovany and Ye. Borysov on the draft of a social and political program, which was published by Mykhailo Drahomanov as Volnyi soiuz/Vil'na spilka (A Free Union, 1884). He was arrested upon returning from abroad in 1883 and exiled to Siberia. He later was a member of the Ukrainian caucus in the Russian State Duma.
