Yeia River

Yeia River [Єя; Jeja]. A river in northern Kuban that flows for 311 km through Krasnodar krai before emptying into the Yeisk Estuary along the coast of the Sea of Azov. It drains a basin area of 8,650 sq km. It is well stocked with fish. Sections of the river usually dry up during the summer, although its lower reaches are quite marshy.
