Lutsk Gospel (Lutske yevanheliie). A manuscript of 262 two-column folios transcribed in Ukraine in the 14th century from a south Slavic original. In the 14th and 15th centuries it belonged to the Monastery of the Savior on the outskirts of Lutsk. Today it is preserved in the Russian State Library in Moscow. The gospel contains many Ukrainianisms, particularly phonetic ones: a new , e instead of y in unaccented syllables, a prothetic v-, and the confusion of i with ы and u with v. Its language was studied by Aleksei Sobolevsky in Ocherki iz istorii russkogo iazyka (Essays on the History of the Russian Language, 1884) and particularly by Petro Buzuk in Zbirnyk Komisiï dlia doslidzhennia istoriï ukraïns’koï movy, vol 1.
