Radzyń Podlaski (Ukrainian: Радинь, Radyn). Map: II-3. A town (2006 pop 16,133) on the Biała River in Lublin voivodeship, Poland. It was founded in 1468 and was originally known as Kozirynek. In 1905 there were 33,600 Ukrainians of the Orthodox faith in Radzyń county, representing one-third of the population. By 1931 there were only about 2,000 of them left, the rest having converted to Roman Catholicism.
