Higher educational institutions with three faculties (social sciences, physics-mathematics, agriculture-biology) that existed in the Ukrainian SSR from 1930 to 1933. Based on the faculties of professional education of the former institutes of people's education, their four-year program trained lecturers for tekhnikums, workers' faculties, and other technical schools.
