Novozybkov. Map: I-12. A city (2002 pop 43,038) and raion center in Briansk oblast, Russian Federation. It was founded in 1701 as Zybkaia settlement in the territory of Starodub regiment. According to the census of 1926, 13.9 percent of the city's population was Ukrainian.
