Ukrainian Committee in Czechoslovakia

Ukrainian Committee in Czechoslovakia [Український комітет в Чехословаччині; Ukrainskyi komitet v Chekhoslovachchyni]. A community organization established in Prague in 1926 after the dissolution of the Ukrainian Civic Committee in Czechoslovakia. Most members of the committee were Ukrainian émigré socialist revolutionaries, social democrats, radicals, or nonpartisan émigrés. The chairmen of its executive board were Nykyfor Hryhoriiv, Mykola Halahan, and Serhii Shelukhyn. The committee declined in the 1930s.
