Union of Ukrainian Student Societies in Europe

Union of Ukrainian Student Societies in Europe (Союз українських студентських товариств в Европі; Soiuz ukrainskykh studentskykh tovarystv v Evropi, or СУСТЕ; SUSTE). A Ukrainian student umbrella organization established in 1963 in Paris. It had over 250 members grouped in Ukrainian student clubs in Great Britain, France, Germany, Belgium, Austria, and Italy. SUSTE organized conferences and gatherings for students. In 1975 it began to publish Informatyvnyi lystok irregularly. Its presidents have included F. Tatarchuk, I. Hirna, A. Rebet, B. Drozdovsky, and T. Lonchyna.
