Zbaraski (Збаразький; Zbarazky). A family of Ukrainian nobles in Volhynia that took their name from the town of Zbarazh. According to Polish heraldists the family was descended from Korybut, son of Algirdas, and had a common origin with the Nesvitsky family. Notable family members included Andrii Zbarazky, the founder of the line; his son, Stefan Zbarazky (d 1586), a voivode of Trakai; Andrii's grandson, Janusz Zbaraski; and Janusz's sons, Krzysztof and Jerzy Zbaraski. The Zbaraski line ended in 1631, and its assets were taken over by the Wiśniowiecki family.
