Zelinsky, Viktor [Зелінський, Віктор; Zelins’kyj], b 13 December 1864 in Petrakivtsi, Katerynoslav gubernia, d 14 December 1940 in Sopot, Poland. UNR Army general. In 1918 he was an organizer and commander of the First Division of the Bluecoats. During 1919–20 he served as chief of the military mission of the Ukrainian National Republic in Poland. After the Ukrainian-Soviet War, 1917–21, he was promoted to lieutenant general by the Government-in-exile of the Ukrainian National Republic. His memoirs are titled Syn’ozhupannyky (Bluecoats, 1938).
