Nohaichynskyi kurhan [Ногайчинський курган]. A Sarmatian burial mound from the 1st century BC located near Nyzhnohirskyi, Crimea. Excavation in 1974 uncovered a Sarmatian noblewoman buried in a wooden sarcophagus. She wore a gold-link crown, bracelets adorned with human figures on her hands and legs, and a brooch on her chest. Other artifacts found in the grave included alabaster earthenware, a bronze mirror, 570 adornments made of gold and precious stones, and a case containing perfume, jewelry, silver spoons, and a rock-crystal dolphin figurine with gold inlay.
