Horodyshche Gospel [Городиське Євангеліє; Horodyske Yevanheliie] (aka Buchach Gospel). A Church Slavonic text copied in Ukraine, probably in southern Volhynia, in the 12th or first half of the 13th century (160 folios), now kept in the National Museum in Lviv. It was utilized by Ilarion Svientsitsky (1911) and Oleksander Kolessa (1925) as a source in the study of the historical development of the Ukrainian language. Fragments of it were subsequently published by the latter. The language of the text was also studied by Aleksei Sobolevsky.
