Synevyr Lake [Syn’ovyrs’ke ozero] (aka Synevir). Map: V-4. A lake situated on the territory of the Synevyr National Nature Park in the southern part of the Gorgany Mountains in Transcarpathia oblast. It is up to 24 m deep, has an area of approx 0.07 sq km, sits at an elevation of 989 m, and flows into the Tereblia River. It was formed when the river was dammed by a landslide. Synevyr is a popular tourist site.
