Petrova, Yevheniia

Petrova, Yevheniia [Петрова, Євгенія], b 6 January 1903 in Kyiv, d 17 January 1989 in Kyiv. Stage actress; wife of Marian Krushelnytsky. She began her theatrical career in an amateur theater of Kyivan railway workers (1919) and in the Kameniar Theater under Vasyl Vasylko (1922–3) and worked in Berezil (1923–33), the Kharkiv Ukrainian Drama Theater (from 1935), and the Kyiv Ukrainian Drama Theater (1952–9).
