Rada (Chernivtsi) («Рада»; Council). A weekly newspaper published, with interruptions, from January 1934 to the end of 1935 and from early 1937 to February 1938 in Chernivtsi. It carried regular reports on Ukrainian life in Western Ukraine and Soviet Ukraine and abroad, devoted considerable attention to international affairs, and supported the Ukrainian National party in Bukovyna. The editor and main contributor was Yurii Serbyniuk.
