Nedilia (Lviv)

Nedilia (Lviv) («Неділя»; Sunday). A periodical published in Lviv, weekly in 1865 (50 issues) and semimonthly in 1866 (23 issues). It contained Gospel readings, catechism lessons, poetry, prose, folklore, and popular articles on religion, history, culture, farming, crafts, trade, and hygiene. The editor was Markel Popel. Among the contributors were Adolf Dobriansky, Vasyl Ilnytsky, H. Lehin, Ivan Naumovych, and Stepan Kachala.
