Nyva (1885) («Нива»; Sown Field). A 208-page literary miscellany published by M. Borovsky and Dmytro Markovych in Odesa in 1885. Among its contributors were Ivan Nechui-Levytsky (the story ‘Chortiacha spokusa’ [The Devil's Temptation]), Mykhailo Starytsky (the operetta ‘Utoplena’ [The Drowned Maiden]), A. Bobenko, Dniprova Chaika, Borys Hrinchenko, Petro Nishchynsky (a translation of part of Homer's Odyssey), Platon Panchenko, and K. Ukhach.
