Bilynsky, Mykhailo
Bilynsky, Mykhailo [Білинський, Михайло; Bilyns'kyj, Myxajlo], b 4 November 1888 in Drabove-Bartynske, Poltava gubernia, d 17 November 1921 in the village of Mali Mynky in the Zhytomyr region. Ukrainian military figure. In 1919 Bilynsky served as minister of the navy in the Council of National Ministers of the Ukrainian National Republic and as chief of the naval general staff of the Ukrainian National Republic. In 1920–1 he was the minister of domestic affairs in the same government. He died in battle during the Second Winter Campaign.
