Ukrainian Bureau in London

Ukrainian Bureau in London (Українське бюро в Лондоні; Ukrainske biuro v Londoni, aka Українське пресове бюро; Ukrainske presove biuro). An information office (see Press and information bureaus abroad) established and financed by Yakiv Makohin to acquaint the British public with Ukrainian affairs. It operated in London under Vladimir Kaye-Kysilewsky from 1931 to 1939. Its irregular Bulletin was mailed to 250 newspapers in Great Britain. As a result the number of articles on Ukrainian issues in the British press increased.
