Ukrainian Journalists' Association Abroad

Ukrainian Journalists' Association Abroad (Спілка українських журналістів на чужині; Spilka ukrainskykh zhurnalistiv na chuzhyni). An organization of Ukrainian émigré journalists formed in June 1946 in Dillingen, Germany. Its original membership of about 100 declined gradually, to about 50 in 1954. Its presidents were Stepan Baran, Mykola Livytsky, Myron Konovalets, Dmytro Andriievsky, Volodymyr Stakhiv, Zenon Pelensky, V. Shtelen, and Myroslav Styranka. The association ceased its activities after 1986.
