Hospodar (Lviv)

Hospodar (Lviv) [«Господар»] (The Farmer). The first Ukrainian educational periodical devoted to agriculture and industry. It was published semimonthly in Lviv from 10 July 1869 to 1872. The editor was Severyn Shekhovych, and contributors included Ye. Hlynsky and V. Ruzhytsky. It was first printed in the hrazhdanka alphabet, then in the Cyrillic alphabet, and from 1871 in the Latin alphabet.
